The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront condominium is designed around a spacious, airy Great Room with comfortable Living and Dining Areas. This space opens completely onto a covered Terrace from which the most spectacular views are enjoyed. The Terrace also connects to the fully-equipped kitchen through a windowed pass-through bar.

Three large bedrooms provide sleeping space for 7 (1 King, 1 Queen, and 3 Twin beds) along with ample closet space and beautiful furnishings. All linens and towels are provided.  The Flamboyan villa has been outfitted with every convenience: central air conditioning, washer/dryer, 3 TVs with DVD players, cable TV, Bose CD system with surround sound, and wireless Internet access.
